AI Caller

An outbound voice agent that qualifies a lead by script and books a meeting. Below is a simulated call for illustration — the real system runs on live telephony. This is our build, not a client case study.

AI Caller outbound · simulated
  1. Ava · AI Hi, this is Ava from Northgate Realty — is now an okay time for a quick minute?
  2. Lead Sure, go ahead.
  3. Ava · AI You enquired about the Maple Street listing. Looking to buy in the next few months, or still early?
  4. Lead Next couple of months, ideally.
  5. Ava · AI Got it. Financing sorted, or would a mortgage referral help?
  6. Lead Pre-approved already.
  7. Ava · AI Perfect — you’re exactly who our agent Dan should talk to. Thursday at 2pm or Friday morning?
  8. Lead Thursday at 2 works.
  9. Ava · AI Booked. Dan will call you Thursday at 2. Thanks for your time.
~0.7s response latency

How it’s built

Stack
VAPI · ElevenLabs · Zadarma SIP
Response latency
~0.7s — near-conversational
What it decides
Qualify against a BANT-style script, then book or drop
What it escalates
Anything off-script, hostile, or asking for a human
Runs
24/7, no manager involved

The flow

  1. A lead enters the queue from a form, a CRM tag, or a list.
  2. VAPI places the call over SIP; ElevenLabs handles the voice both ways.
  3. The agent works a short qualification script and keeps turn latency low enough to feel like a person.
  4. Qualified → books against a real calendar, writes the outcome to the CRM. Not qualified → closes politely, marks the record.
  5. Anything unexpected → flagged for a human, call ends without guessing.
